You will have the overall responsibility for overseeing the implementation of policies, procedures, and programs to ensure well-managed, well-maintained buildings and facilities. This includes leading a staff to respond positively to the concerns and needs of tenants, environmental health and safety, and quality programs, in alignment with Kraft Heinz's goals and objectives.
Oversee day-to-day operations of facilities, whether high-rise or campus settings, ensuring effective delivery of services including custodial, life-safety, engineering, and general maintenance. Ensure staff implements these services in accordance with policies and directives.
Manage service contracts cost-effectively, including performance and financial reviews, conducting RFPs, and ensuring payments and invoicing match contract terms. Initiate audit and control systems to meet statutory, policy, and contractual commitments.
Lead the facility management team in supervising maintenance programs for interior and exterior conditions, appearance, and operation of the facilities.
Ensure that facility management staff provides prompt and positive responses to requests from clients and tenants/occupants.
Implement ongoing contract review programs to assess client, tenant, and occupant needs, ensuring issues are resolved promptly for mutual benefit.
Prepare and deliver consolidated reports on budgets, financials, contracts, expenditures, and purchase orders related to the facilities or complex.
Minimum of 8-10 years of facility management experience, with at least 3 years at the Facility Manager level.
Experience in leasing, construction, engineering, and all facets of property operation and building management.
Experience with human resource and performance management processes.
Experience with critical system environments and CMMS/Work Order Management.
Proficiency in understanding management agreements and contract language.
Ability to read and understand construction specifications, blueprints, and single-line diagrams.
Skills in Building Management Systems maintenance and monitoring.

New Hire Base Salary Range: $118,400 - $148,000
Bonus: Performance-based, as per plan terms.
