TruStage seeks a Sr. Manager, Events & Experiences to lead planning, development, and execution of a portfolio of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events. You’ll turn research and priorities into engaging experiences that deepen relationships and drive learning and action.

You will collaborate with internal teams, sponsors, venues, and partners to ensure a consistent, high-quality TruStage experience across formats while tailoring each event to its audience and goals.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and executing large-scale in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, budgets, and timelines.
• Strong communication and vendor negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end event planning and execution for Filene's portfolio.
• Source venues, production partners, and catering; manage contracts and budgets.
• Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and internal teams for flawless delivery.
• Oversee on-site execution, risk management, and post-event evaluation.
• Drive attendance and participant engagement through strategic design and outreach.
