Job summary

TransUnion LLC is seeking an Event Management and Experiences Manager to lead strategic planning, coordination, and flawless execution of our Diversified Markets events. You will oversee 6-8 high‑visibility events annually and manage a team of 2–4 event professionals, reporting to the Director, Event Management & Experiences.

This is a hybrid role with on-site work at our Reston office several days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience planning and executing complex B2B events.
• People leadership experience with coaching and accountability.
• End-to-end event management knowledge including budgeting, sourcing, and post-event measurement.
• Experience partnering with marketing, sales, product, procurement, finance, and legal.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site event execution with regular presence at milestones.
• Own 6-8 high-visibility events annually with on-site oversight.
• Coach a team of 2-4 event professionals through virtual and in-office collaboration.
• Partner cross-functionally to align on event strategy and execution.
• Travel as needed and manage multiple concurrent events.
