Crunchyroll is seeking a Senior Manager, Executive Initiatives to drive the Executive Office’s high‑priority work and ensure leadership moments are thoughtful and well executed. You’ll report to the VP, Executive Office and shape strategies, narratives, and decision materials for the President.

You’ll plan SMT offsites, VP+ Summits, and the company‑wide Hackathon, turning priorities into focused agendas and coordinating with global teams and partners as needed.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, Chief of Staff, business transformation, or similar roles that require strong problem-solving and business judgment.
• Comfortable moving between strategic work and hands‑on execution, including planning high‑visibility leadership meetings, offsites, or events.
• High attention to detail, discretion, and good judgment in a fast‑moving executive environment.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills, with experience creating presentations, briefings, and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Experience working closely with senior executives on complex business questions, recommendations, and decisions.
• Strong interest in AI, emerging technology, and how they are changing business and consumer behavior.
• Strong influencing skills and the ability to drive work across teams without direct authority.
• Experience working across global teams or corporate partners is a plus.

• Build executive presentations, briefings, and decision materials with clear narratives.
• Review strategies and recommendations before they reach the President, pressure-testing thinking and identifying gaps.
• Turn complex topics into clear executive narratives and actionable paths forward.
• Own hands-on planning and execution of leadership events and company-wide programs.

• You’ll help teams sharpen the thinking and recommendations they bring to the President, turn complex topics into clear executive narratives, and take on ambiguous work that needs structure and a path forward
• You’ll also roll up your sleeves to plan and execute key leadership events and forums, from SMT offsites and VP+ Summits to our company-wide Hackathon
• Review strategies and recommendations before they reach the President, pressure-testing the thinking, identifying gaps, and helping teams get to a clear point of view
• Take on strategic projects and ambiguous business problems, bringing structure, analysis, and recommendations
• Build executive presentations, briefings, and decision materials that turn complex topics into clear narratives
• Help ensure the President’s most important meetings are focused on the right questions, decisions, and outcomes
• Own the hands-on planning and execution of SMT offsites, VP+ Summits and meetings, the company-wide Hackathon, employee roundtables, and other leadership events
• Turn Executive Office priorities into thoughtful agendas and programming that make the best use of leadership time
• Keep key decisions and commitments moving after executive discussions
• The Executive Office enables enterprise alignment, executive execution, and strategic acceleration, working to keep Crunchyroll’s highest-priority work moving with clarity and speed
