Job summary

The MGM Resorts International Aria is seeking a Senior Manager - Executive Housekeeper to lead a high-performing housekeeping team in delivering luxury standards. You will guide operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and uphold Aria’s renowned service quality.

Responsibilities include coaching leaders, driving improvements, and aligning with union negotiations. This role requires weekend/holiday coverage and a strategic hospitality leadership mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hospitality management experience.
• At least 2 years of management experience in a hotel environment.
• Experience leading union team members in a bargaining environment preferred.
• Bilingual abilities highly preferred.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest service standards and productivity in the department.
• Coach leadership to optimize performance and develop solutions.
• Lead improvement initiatives to enhance employee and leader performance.
• Provide input on new products, services, standards, technology, and processes.
