Job summary

Aria, part of MGM Resorts International, seeks a Concierge to craft personalized experiences reflecting premier service. You will anticipate needs and turn requests into memorable interactions for our guests.

Responsibilities include promoting MGM venues, resolving guest concerns, and building relationships as a brand ambassador while staying informed about citywide offerings and events.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of prior relevant experience, preferably in VIP Services, Front Desk or Concierge.
• Participation in industry associations is listed as a preference (Las Vegas/ Southern Nevada area).
• Current Notary and Bilingual preferred

• Build strong relationships and professionally represent MGM Resorts as a brand ambassador with guests and vendors
• Stay current on citywide offerings and build a professional network within the hospitality community
• Multitask using up to 26 operating systems simultaneously to fulfill guest requests

THE JOB:

As a Concierge at Aria, you’ll create personalized experiences that reflect the exceptional level of service our guests expect. From anticipating needs to uncovering thoughtful details, you’ll use your knowledge, warmth, and attention to detail to make every interaction feel effortless and memorable.

Your ability to turn requests into experiences will create WOW moments that make each stay truly unforgettable!

THE STARTING PAY RATE: $19.00 / Per Hour + Commissions

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Professionally and efficiently process all guest requests while promoting, up-selling, and cross-selling MGM Resorts venues, including amenities, rooms, restaurants, shows, cabanas, retail outlets, M life, casino events, and property promotions

Schedule Details:

• Hours of Operation: Monday – Sunday: 8:00am to 8:00pm
  • Shifts may vary based on business needs
  • **Additional shifts may be scheduled as needed to support operational coverage

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• One (1) year of prior relevant experience, preferably in VIP Services, Front Desk or Concierge
• Participation in industry associations including the Southern Nevada Hotel Concierge Association and Les Clefs d’Or USA
• Current Notary and Bilingual preferred
