MGM Resorts International at the Aria in Las Vegas is hiring an Assistant Manager of Uniform Control. You’ll lead a team, ensure uniforms are issued, and support daily operations to deliver the WOW guest experience.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Uniform Control or related services, prior supervisory experience in a luxury resort, and strong English communication. Union experience is a plus; 21+ and a high school diploma required.

• Two (2) years of prior relevant experience, preferably in Uniform Control or related services.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a luxury resort environment preferred.
• Experience leading union team members and working within a collective bargaining environment preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively in English with all stakeholders.

• Handle HR tasks: hiring, training, performance feedback, recognition, and diversity commitments.
• Manage attendance, schedules, requisitions, uniforms, expenses, and paperwork.
• Maintain uniform inventory and coordinate orders and par levels.
• Collaborate with hotel departments on uniform needs and new program implementations.
• Support research and development of new uniform designs.
