Job summary

Qnity is seeking a Senior Manager, Ethics & Compliance to lead complex investigations and strengthen our global risk framework. You will drive the TPRM program, enhance due diligence practices, and partner with Legal, Finance, and Corporate Development on strategic initiatives.

The role requires 10+ years in ethics & compliance with strong interviewing, governance, and data‑driven decision making. A bachelor’s degree is required, and advanced certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in ethics & compliance, internal investigations, FCPA/anti-corruption, or enterprise risk management.
• Proven expertise leading complex, multi‑jurisdictional investigations and third‑party risk programs.
• Experience with DOJ ECCP expectations and building defensible, resourced programs.
• Proficiency with data, dashboards, and case management or TPRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations program across global sites, manage evidence, root cause, and reporting to senior leadership.
• Oversee third‑party risk management, due diligence, audits, and contract compliance.
• Drive M&A integrity due diligence, governance, and post‑close remediation.
• Develop analytics, dashboards, and board‑ready insights to monitor program health.
