ITG Brands seeks a seasoned Ethics & Compliance leader to guide a comprehensive program ensuring lawful, ethical, and responsible business conduct across the organization. You will drive risk assessments, investigations, and remediation while partnering with executives to safeguard the company’s reputation.

This role requires 12+ years in governance functions, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to influence senior leaders to foster a culture of integrity and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced degree in Law, Business, Risk Management, Compliance, or related field preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in ethics, compliance, legal, audit, risk management, or related governance functions.
• Significant experience leading company-wide compliance programs.
• Experience interacting with executive leadership, regulators, and governing boards.
• Demonstrated success in managing investigations, risk assessments, and compliance remediation initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of ethics and compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Strong understanding of compliance risk management, governance, and internal controls.
• Exceptional executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the company's Ethics & Compliance program to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of company-wide compliance frameworks, ethical business conduct standards, risk management practices, and speak-up culture initiatives.
• Partner with executive leadership to protect the organization's reputation while fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and ethical decision-making.
• Develop and execute the company's Ethics & Compliance strategy and governance framework ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and enterprise risk management.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on ethics, compliance, and reputational risks, influencing decisions and fostering a culture of integrity and accountability.
• Lead the design, oversight, and continuous improvement of the company's ethics and compliance programs, including anti-bribery and corruption, third-party risk management, conflicts of interest, speak-up, investigations, and related compliance initiatives.
• Direct company-wide compliance risk assessments, identify emerging risks and regulatory developments, and ensure effective controls, monitoring, testing, and mitigation strategies are implemented and maintained.
• Oversee the investigation and resolution of significant ethics and compliance matters, including remediation efforts and corrective actions resulting from investigations, audits, and regulatory reviews.
• Establish and maintain an effective framework of ethics and compliance policies, standards, training, and governance processes that promote accountability across the organization.
• Champion a speak-up culture by ensuring employees can raise concerns without fear of retaliation and by building compliance capability through education, partnership, and leadership engagement.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on ethics and compliance risks, program effectiveness, key investigations, remediation activities, and emerging regulatory trends.
• Lead the ITGB Regional Business Continuity Program, including the development, testing, and ongoing management of business continuity and risk mitigation strategies.
