Job summary

ITG Brands is seeking a seasoned Ethics & Compliance leader to provide strategic oversight across the organization, building and maintaining compliant governance, risk management and speaking-up initiatives. The role partners with executive leadership to safeguard reputation and ensure ethical decision-making.

The position requires 12+ years in ethics, compliance, risk or governance, with proven experience leading company-wide programs and interacting with regulators and boards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced degree in Law, Business, Risk Management, Compliance or related field preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in ethics, compliance, risk management or related governance functions.
• Significant experience leading company-wide compliance programs.
• Experience interacting with executive leadership, regulators, and boards.
• Demonstrated success in investigations, risk assessments, and remediation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of ethics & compliance program.
• Lead development and improvement of company-wide compliance frameworks and speak-up culture.
• Partner with executives to protect reputation with integrity and accountability.
• Design and oversee ethics programs including anti-bribery, third-party risk and conflicts of interest.
• Conduct risk assessments, implement controls, monitoring and remediation.
• Oversee investigations and corrective actions from audits or regulatory reviews.
• Establish policies, training and governance promoting accountability.
• Champion speak-up culture and educate leadership to build compliance capability.
• Provide regular updates on risks, program effectiveness, and regulatory trends.
• Lead ITGB Regional Business Continuity Program and risk mitigation strategies.
