Lumen is seeking a Senior Director of Corporate Ethics and Compliance to lead our ethics and compliance programs and corporate investigations function. The role emphasizes high accountability, leadership oversight, and collaboration with internal audit and management to ensure adherence to laws and industry standards.

The role requires a JD or law degree, 10+ years in ethics/compliance, and proven leadership and communication skills.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in ethics and compliance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing compliance programs.
• JD required or equivalent legal qualifications.

Mansioni

• Develop, implement, and maintain ethics and compliance programs.
• Oversee whistleblower hotline and quarterly reporting to the Board.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits; implement corrective actions.
• Partner with internal audit on compliance matters.
• Oversee corporate investigations team and hotline analysts.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior management on ethics issues.
• Develop and deliver training to promote an ethics culture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve compliance issues.
