Fidelity Investments is seeking a seasoned communications leader to guide SPS participant communications. You will craft data-driven educational content across the participant stock plan lifecycle and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure clear, engaging messaging that builds lifetime Fidelity relationships.

In this role, you’ll help Fidelity’s Stock Plan Services (SPS) participants better understand and navigate their equity compensation awards and ESPPs, ensuring an exceptional experience that drives engagement and creates lifetime Fidelity customers. As part of the SPS Participant Communication Team, you’ll lead the strategy, development, and delivery of high-impact educational content across the full lifecycle of our participants’ stock plan experience. Grounded in data and a deep understanding of participant needs and behavior, you will craft compelling communications that deliver the right message at the right time. Your work will inform, support, and empower participants and help to build lifetime relationships with Fidelity.
Stock Plan Services (SPS) provides companies with outstanding administration for their equity compensation programs, including stock option, restricted stock, employee stock purchase, stock appreciation and performance plans. Our team, SPS Marketing, Communications and Insights, delivers valuable insights and innovative programs and experiences that help drive SPS client growth and retention and participant engagement with their equity plans and Fidelity. We help millions of participants take advantage of their equity awards and understand how Fidelity can help with their broader financial needs through our Brokerage and Wealth offerings. We are committed to understanding customer needs, staying on top of industry trends, and evolving our strategies to ensure we are delivering results for our clients and Fidelity.
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
