Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Senior Communications Project Manager to lead production-ready Workplace Investing communications for strategic clients. You will partner with Communications Consultants to develop and deliver messages across channels while managing workflow, production, and regulatory adherence.

The role requires 5–7 years of PM experience, DC communications exposure, and strong written/oral skills in a fast-paced environment. Onsite working model is being rolled out across regions.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of project management experience preferred.
• Minimum of three years Defined Contribution, writing and communications experience preferred.
• Series 7 and 63 is required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Client facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the communication workflow, production, and execution of WI materials for Strategic Market clients.
• Oversee daily print production, web content, inventory management, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Communications Consultants and Client Service Teams to meet client requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and communications with multiple clients.
