You will create Defined Contribution plan communications and drive participant engagement through Fidelity’s Wellness offerings. Qualifikationen

• Experience in employee benefits communications and/or financial services.
• Client consultation experience
• 5+ years creating communication strategies
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred (or required within 90 days)
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Aufgaben

• Manage creation and deployment of 401k communications.
• Coordinate with marketing and client teams.
• Ensure regulatory mailings meet FINRA and DOL requirements.
• Turn data from internal sources into actionable client stories.
• Lead client meetings to review requirements, deadlines and budgets.
• Measure outcomes and report on communication effectiveness.
• Estimate project costs and bill for services when applicable.
