Qualifications

• 5 years creating communication strategies.

• Client consultation experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the creation and deployment of communications related to the retirement plan.
• Ensure regulatory mailings are set up in adherence with FINRA and DOL requirements.
• Uncover plan-level opportunities using internal data.
• Communicate updates to participants about fund or fee changes.
• Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication strategies.
• Proactively recommend solutions to client inquiries.
• Participate in client meetings to review communication requirements.
