Fidelity Investments is seeking a Senior Communications Production Manager to lead the production workflow of Workplace Investing (WI) materials for large-scale implementations and ongoing strategic clients. You will collaborate with Communications Consultants and Client Service teams to deliver compliant, high-quality communications.

The role requires strong project management, client-facing expertise, and production oversight.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of project management experience preferred.
• Minimum of three years Defined Contribution, writing and communications experience preferred.
• Series 7 and 63 is required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Client facing experience.
• Print production experience strongly desired.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver WI communication materials for clients.
• Oversee daily print production, web content, inventory management, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with Communications Consultants, Client Service Teams, and partners.
• Analyze plan-specific materials to support regulatory, operational, and educational needs.
• Manage multiple projects for 10–16 clients with deadlines and priorities.
• Ensure regulatory mailings meet FINRA and DOL requirements.
