Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Senior Manager, SPS Participant Marketing in Covington, KY to lead strategy and development of educational content for stock plan participants. You will craft communications across the full lifecycle of the participant experience, grounded in data and a deep understanding of participant needs to drive engagement and lifelong Fidelity relationships.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent experience preferred.
• 7 years of data-driven global communications and/or marketing experience.
• Excellent writing, editing, storytelling, and educational writing skills; portfolio samples required.
• Designing, executing, and measuring multi-channel communications plans and campaigns.
• Developing a multi-touch, multi-audience communications journey.
• Strong project management, attention to detail, and flawless execution.
• Knowledge of stock plans or employee benefits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to conceive, coordinate, and execute campaigns aligned with KPIs.
• Build collaborative relationships with business partners for alignment and execution.
• Write high-impact communications to drive participant action.
