Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Manager to lead a small team of Enterprise Technical Leads while owning a subset of complex enterprise engagements. This player-coach role blends people leadership with hands-on technical ownership to drive high-impact outcomes for healthcare data solutions.

You will mentor, architect, and deliver scalable integrations across multiple systems, collaborating with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Privacy teams to unblock delivery and align priorities.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in a customer-facing technical role or equivalent
• Proven track record leading complex enterprise implementations or integrations
• Experience managing or mentoring technical, customer-facing teams
• Ability to balance hands-on delivery with team leadership and strategy
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Eng/SEO, GTM teams
