Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Manager to lead a small team of Enterprise Technical Leads while also owning a subset of our most complex enterprise engagements. This player-coach role blends people leadership with hands-on technical ownership across healthcare data platforms.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Strategic Engagement, GTM, Science, and Privacy to unblock delivery, set priorities, and scale repeatable solutions across systems and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Proven track record leading complex enterprise implementations.
• Ability to operate at both team leadership and hands-on engineering levels.
• 1-3+ years of people leadership in technical teams.
• Strong cross-functional communication and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Technical Leads.
• Directly own subset of complex enterprise engagements.
• Architect and deliver scalable technical solutions across multiple systems.
• Serve as the technical escalation point for accounts.
