Responsibilities

• Lead the promotions program and calendar, nomination workflow, readiness planning, communications, and handoffs.
• Coordinate with Employee Success, Compensation, Finance, Product, Technology, Analytics, and Communications.
• Define process steps with owners, inputs, decisions, and outputs.
• Drive cross-functional delivery and manage risks with clear recommendations.
• Improve work using AI/automation and test new approaches for repeatable practices.
