Job summary

NASCAR is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Business Systems based in Charlotte, NC to shape strategy and adoption of enterprise systems. You will lead Dynamics 365 and the KORE Intelligence Platform, translating business needs into scalable tech solutions and improving data-driven decision making across operations and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a business operations context.
• Hands-on admin experience with the KORE Intelligence Platform.
• Experience supporting enterprise system implementations and collaborating with tech teams.
• Proficient in Power Platform tools: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of governance, security, and data management best practices.
• Microsoft certifications such as Dynamics 365 Fundamentals are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the business and operational strategy for Dynamics 365 and coordinate with the System Administrator.
• Serve as the dedicated admin for the KORE Intelligence Platform, including security roles and user management.
• Support the implementation, launch, and long-term optimization of Dynamics 365 and KORE.
• Partner with Operations, Partnerships, and Commercial teams to translate needs into system solutions.
• Build and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and KORE ensuring data accuracy.
• Lead data migration planning, imports, validation, and governance initiatives.
• Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support across both platforms.
• Drive governance, security, compliance, and best practices for system usage.
