Job summary

Mountville Mills, Inc. is seeking an ERP Systems Specialist to join the ERP Delivery team, driving improvements in finance, customer experience and operations through Microsoft Dynamics D365.

You will collaborate across functions to ensure transparency and continuous enhancement of our ERP landscape. Responsibilities include maintaining dashboards and trackers, data collection and cleaning, triaging business needs, and owning ERP-related skills tracking.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 or similar ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Sage).
• Experience with CRM/ticketing systems such as Freshdesk or Salesforce.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Confident, proactive communicator able to work with internal/external teams and adapt priorities.
• Availability for flexible hours (early mornings/evenings) when needed.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively across teams.
• Maintain dashboards, trackers and shared calendars.
• Perform data analysis including collection, validation, cleaning and entry.
• Triaging business support needs and priorities.
• Own ERP-related skill tracking and governance.
• Analyze and improve business processes related to ERP delivery.
