Job summary

NASCAR is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Systems to shape the strategy and adoption of enterprise business systems across the organization, focusing on Dynamics 365 and the KORE Intelligence Platform.

You will lead governance, data management, integrations, and migrations while partnering with Operations, Competition, Partnerships, and Commercial teams to deliver scalable technology solutions that drive performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar enterprise CRM in operations-focused role.
• Hands-on administration of KORE Intelligence Platform or similar system.
• Experience supporting enterprise system implementations with technical admins or partners.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform tools: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or Administrator certifications preferred.
• Tableau or Power BI reporting/analytics experience preferred.
• Experience in professional sports, sports organizations, or live events preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own business and operational strategy for Dynamics 365; partner with system admin for configuration/maintenance.
• Serve as dedicated administrator for KORE Intelligence Platform; manage configuration, security roles, and users.
• Support implementation, launch, and long-term optimization of Dynamics 365 and KORE.
• Translate business requirements into effective system solutions with stakeholders across departments.
• Build and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and KORE; ensure data accuracy and synchronization.
• Lead data migration planning, imports, validation, and governance.
• Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support for both platforms.
• Drive governance, security, compliance, and best practices for system administration.
