Job summary

Nexxt Spine LLC in Noblesville, IN seeks a Senior Business Central Analyst to own and shape the Dynamics 365 BC platform. You will map processes, design practical solutions, and collaborate with the tech team to test and ship fixes.

You’ll work across finance, operations, purchasing, and quality, ensuring data integrity while leveraging AI/automation to streamline workflows. This role reports to the CDO and drives fast, reliable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on Dynamics 365 Business Central experience.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing or medical device environments.
• Strong cross-functional communication and problem-solving.
• Ability to map business processes and write clear requirements.
• Interest in AI and automation tools.
• Familiarity with AL code, extensions, and sandbox testing.
• Experience with BI and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Be the first call for Business Central issues from customer service, logistics, purchasing, finance, quality, and the warehouse.
• Triage, reproduce, and document issues into clear tickets with steps, expected results, and business impact.
• Resolve configuration, setup, permission, and data issues; hand code-level issues to development with a clear spec.
• Own the ticket queue end to end: prioritize, track, follow up, and close the loop with the reporter.
• Map processes across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, and quality.
