Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in information science or related field required.
• Seven (7) years progressive experience in systems analysis and programming.
• Five (5) years related management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages the acquisition, administration, development, maintenance, and operational support of assigned systems in compliance with SDLC best practices.
• Leads the design, development, maintenance, and documentation of the District's enterprise data architecture, including system integrations and data flows.
• Promotes innovation and ensures compliance with district policies and regulatory requirements through emerging technologies and best practices.
• Leads Business Process Reviews and related activities for assigned projects and systems.
• Monitors KPIs and ensures SLAs are met in alignment with ITIL and best practices.
• Oversees vendor, contractor, and contract management and evaluates performance.
