Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Ten+ years of managerial experience in educational facilities.
• Experience with capital budgets and facilities planning.
• Ability to collaborate with staff, boards and public agencies.
• Knowledge of regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees the facilities planning, construction, maintenance, and operations divisions.
• Develops the district operating and capital budgets.
• Liaises with Board of Education and government agencies.
• Evaluates programs for efficiency and economy.
• Sets policies and ensures compliance.
• Manages 3-5 departments and 1-5 direct staff.
