Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manages the acquisition, administration, development, maintenance, and operational support of assigned systems in compliance with Systems Development Life Cycle best practices.
• Leads the design, development, maintenance, and documentation of the District's enterprise data architecture, including system integrations, data flows, and relationships among enterprise applications.
• Promotes innovation and ensures compliance with district policies, strategic priorities, and applicable regulatory requirements through emerging technologies and best practices.
• Leads all Business Process Reviews and related activities for assigned projects and systems.
• Develops, monitors, and maintains department KPIs and workflows to meet SLAs per ITIL.
