Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is seeking a senior leader to oversee end-to-end data component delivery across projects. You will coordinate with Health Tech and Divisional Analytic teams to ensure timely, accurate analytics delivery.

The role demands strong requirements management, agile practices, system-architecture knowledge, and the ability to simplify complex concepts. A proven track record in project leadership and business acumen is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 7+ years of data and analytics experience, or technical certification with 9 years
• 2 years of experience leading projects
• Experience in requirements management and/or prototyping
• Knowledge of system architecture
• Knowledge of big data and analytical technologies
• Knowledge of data processing environments
• Knowledge of Agile project management
• Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts and/or processes
• Business acumen
• SDLC / Iterative / Agile / Scrum development
• Oral & written communication skills
