Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is seeking a Senior Manager to evaluate, monitor, and improve organizational performance through data-driven analysis and strategic insight generation for executive decision-making.

The role partners with Finance, Actuarial, Operations, Network Management, Healthcare Management, Underwriting, Product, and other functions to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and issues impacting enterprise performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, actuarial science, mathematics, statistics or economics or related fields.
3 years of supervisory experience.
7+ years in health care services, statistical/financial analysis or insurance economics including 4 years in data analysis/reporting.
Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint; designing reports.

Responsibilities

Evaluate, monitor, and improve organizational performance through data-driven analysis and strategic insight generation.
Partner with Finance, Actuarial, Operations, Network Management, Healthcare Management, Underwriting, Product and other functions to identify trends and opportunities.
Transform complex data into actionable insights to support executive decision-making.
Develop and deliver enterprise performance reporting, dashboards and analyses reviewed by senior leaders, including the C-suite.
