PagerDuty is seeking a dynamic partnerships leader to drive enterprise and public sector alliances. You will shape partner strategy, nurture key relationships, and collaborate across sales, marketing, product, and legal to accelerate joint go-to-market initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years in partnerships, strong strategic thinking, and the ability to operate in a complex, global organization. Travel may be required as part of partner activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing and managing enterprise partnerships.
• Deep understanding of partnering models, GTM approaches, contracting basics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute PagerDuty’s enterprise and public sector partner strategy.
• Identify and nurture partnerships with public sector partners including distributors, contractors, and system integrators.
• Collaborate on joint GTM strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue in target accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations.
