Job summary

SolutionHealth is seeking a Manager, Integration & Enterprise Imaging to lead enterprise integration services and imaging platforms across the organization. You will oversee HL7, FHIR interfaces, PACS, and imaging workflows while ensuring HIPAA compliance and high availability.

Collaboration with clinical, operational, and IT teams is essential as you drive incident response, performance, and cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT or healthcare IT experience.
• At least 3 years in service management, platform management, or digital workplace domains.
• ITIL Foundation Certification within 6 months of hire and ServiceNow Certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned services, applications, platforms, and teams with clarity, integrity, and accountability in support of safe, high-quality patient care and efficient business operations.
• Own the operational health, reliability, availability, and performance of enterprise integration platforms and imaging infrastructure (HL7, FHIR, API-based interoperability, PACS).
• Coordinate with hardware and software vendors for maintenance, bug fixes, and upgrades.
• Lead design, development, and support of interfaces across EHR, imaging systems, and ancillary applications.
• Provide leadership for incident response, major incident management, escalation, and communication.
• Identify opportunities to streamline integration workflows and data exchange processes; optimize monitoring, alerting, and error handling.
• Directly lead, coach, and develop teams, fostering accountability, engagement, psychological safety, and continuous learning.
• Ensure alignment with governance, cost-effectiveness, and patient-centered outcomes.
