Job summary

SolutionHealth in Concord, NH seeks a Manager, Integration & Enterprise Imaging to lead the delivery, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise integration services and imaging platforms. The role ensures secure data exchange, HIPAA compliance, and high availability across radiology, PACS, and imaging workflows, while coordinating with Epic Radiant partners as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent progressive work experience, required.
• ITIL Foundation Certification within 6 months of hire.
• ServiceNow Certification within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum of 7 years IT or healthcare IT experience, with at least 3 years in service management, platform management, or digital workplace domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned services, applications, platforms, and teams to support safe, high-quality patient care and efficient operations.
• Own the operational health, reliability, availability, and performance of enterprise integration and imaging platforms.
• Provide leadership for enterprise integration platforms (HL7, FHIR, API-based interoperability) and PACS systems.
• Coordinate with hardware and software vendors for maintenance, bug fixes, and upgrades.
• Lead design, development, and support of interfaces across EHR, imaging systems, and ancillary applications.
• Provide leadership for incident response, rapid triage, escalation, and resolution; ensure Major Incident Management during clinical system impacts.
• Identify opportunities to streamline integration workflows and data exchange; optimize interface monitoring, alerting, and error handling.
• Directly lead, coach, and develop teams; foster accountability, engagement, psychological safety, and continuous learning.
• Reinforce disciplined planning and execution to support outcome-focused delivery.
