SolutionHealth is seeking a Manager of Integrations & Enterprise Imaging to lead enterprise integration platforms, HL7/FHIR interoperability, and PACS imaging workflows. You will partner with clinical and IT stakeholders to ensure high availability, secure data transfers, and optimized imaging performance across the system.

This includes oversight of system integrations/interfaces as well as the infrastructure and platforms supporting radiology, PACS, and imaging workflows.This role serves as a technical and operational leader, responsible for evaluating, analyzing, designing, implementing, and supporting both integration and imaging solutions. The incumbent partners with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to ensure systems are highly available, performant, and aligned to organizational needs. The Manager oversees the infrastructure used to store, retrieve, and distribute medical images. They act as a vital bridge between IT and operations, ensuring diagnostic images are securely, and efficiently accessible to providers. This role ensures that all data transfers adhere to healthcare privacy regulations (HIPAA), and state-specific security standards.The Manager plays a critical role in advancing interoperability, optimizing imaging platform performance, and ensuring seamless data exchange across clinical and business systems. While this team supports enterprise imaging infrastructure and related integration needs, Epic Radiant application ownership is not part of this team’s direct operational scope. The Manager is expected to maintain close collaboration with the Epic Radiant team and other clinical application partners to ensure imaging workflows, integrations, dependencies, upgrades, incident response, and cross-platform impacts are coordinated effectively.In addition to role-specific responsibilities, all IT Managers are expected to lead teams in moving beyond the status quo and advancing the evolution of systems and technology to support the effective and efficient flow of information across the system to ensure cost-effectiveness and operations efficiency.
