Job summary

SolutionHealth is seeking a Manager of Integration & Enterprise Imaging to lead the delivery, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise integration services and imaging platforms. You will oversee HL7, FHIR, API interoperability, and PACS, partnering with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to ensure availability, performance, and security.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or IT, ITIL and ServiceNow certifications within 6 months, and a minimum of 7 years in IT

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, IT or related field.
• ITIL Foundation Certification within 6 months of hire.
• ServiceNow Certification within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum of 7 years IT or healthcare IT experience with at least 3 years in service/platform management.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned services, applications, platforms, and teams in support of safe, high-quality patient care.
• Own operational health, reliability, availability, and performance of services.
• Provide leadership for enterprise integration platforms and imaging infrastructure (HL7, FHIR, API interoperability, PACS).
• Coordinate with hardware and software vendors for maintenance, bug fixes, upgrades.
• Design, develop, and support interfaces across EHR, imaging systems, and ancillary apps.
• Lead incident response for integration and imaging events with rapid triage and resolution.
• Ensure Major Incident Management practices for clinical systems and imaging workflows.
• Identify opportunities to streamline data exchange and imaging operations.
• Optimize interface monitoring, alerting, routing, and error handling for reliability.
• Directly coach and develop teams, fostering accountability and psychological safety.
• Plan and execute with disciplined prioritization to deliver outcomes.
