Job summary

SolutionHealth is seeking a Manager of Integrations & Enterprise Imaging to lead enterprise integration platforms, HL7/FHIR interoperability, and PACS imaging workflows. You will partner with clinical and IT stakeholders to ensure high availability, secure data transfers, and optimized imaging performance across the system.

The role requires 7+ years in IT/healthcare IT with 3+ years in service or platform management, ITIL/ServiceNow certifications in 6 months, and a bachelor’s degree or

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent).
• ITIL Foundation Certification within 6 months of hire.
• ServiceNow Certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned services, applications, platforms, and teams to support safe, high-quality patient care and efficient business operations.
• Own the operational health, reliability, availability, and performance of enterprise integration and imaging platforms.
• Coordinate with hardware and software vendors regarding system maintenance, bug fixes, and upgrades.
• Lead the design, development, and support of interfaces across EHR, imaging systems, and ancillary applications.
• Provide leadership for operational response to integration and imaging incidents with rapid triage and resolution.
• Ensure Major Incident Management practices for clinical systems and imaging workflows.
• Identify opportunities to streamline integration workflows and data exchange processes.
• Optimize interface monitoring, alerting, and error handling for reliability and performance.
• Directly lead, coach, and develop teams, fostering accountability and continuous learning.
• Reinforce disciplined planning and execution to deliver outcomes.
