Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders and deliver insights.
• Lead end-to-end outsourced accounting engagements with systems and processes integration.
• Identify improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Oversee full-cycle accounting and timely financial reporting.
• Review financial deliverables for consistency and compliance.
• Drive adoption of innovative tools and platforms.
• Partner with leadership on proposals and growth strategies.
• Represent the firm at industry events to uncover opportunities.
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
