Job summary

enGen is seeking a senior leader to drive the Enterprise Data Protection program, including DLP, data classification, encryption and key management. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and shape the vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for data security across the organization.

You will translate complex technical concepts into business risk and partner with security, cloud, privacy, legal, and business teams to protect sensitive information while enabling objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Information Systems, Information Assurance, Computer Science or related field
• 6 years of relevant experience substitution for a Bachelor's Degree
• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field (preferred)
• 7–10 years in Information Security and/or Information Risk Management and/or Information Technology

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for enterprise data protection programs and roadmaps
• Direct security architecture, engineering and operations across data protection domains
• Partner with security, cloud, privacy, legal and business teams to protect sensitive information
• Oversee governance, metrics, budgets and resource planning for the program
• Lead a multidisciplinary team including analysts, product owners and engineers
• Ensure compliance with corporate security policies and standards
• Drive continuous improvement across the portfolio
