Job summary

enGen seeks a visionary leader to drive enterprise data protection, including DLP, data classification, and encryption. The role leads a multidisciplinary team and shapes vision, architecture, and execution strategy for security across the organization.

You will partner with security, cloud, infrastructure, privacy, legal, and business teams to protect sensitive information while enabling business objectives. Strong leadership and strategic communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information security, information systems, information assurance, computer science or related field.
• 6 years of relevant experience substitution for a bachelor’s degree.
• Master’s degree preferred in computer science or information security.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct the day-to-day operations of the department; develop and implement policies and programs; may manage budget.
• Provide oversight of project management to ensure continuous improvement and risk management.
• Lead organizational change and champion information security innovation; promote training in security issues.
• Ensure compliance to corporate and information security policies, standards and procedures.
• Communicate with all levels of the organization; prepare reports and presentations; manage resources and budgets.
