Job summary

enGen seeks an experienced data governance leader to drive the strategic direction of the data governance program. You will lead a team responsible for governance across multiple domains, establishing enterprise standards and guiding the transition to certified data products.

You will oversee the Data Marketplace, support business-led Operational Data Councils, and ensure alignment with organizational strategies while improving data quality and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, MIS, CS or closely related discipline.
• 5 years in a leadership/mentoring role.
• 5 years planning, implementing, maintaining and growing capabilities within relevant discipline.
• 3 years developing, communicating and presenting concepts to varying audience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data Governance initiatives and enterprise standards.
• Manage Data Marketplace delivery and governance councils.
• Oversee capacity planning, budgeting and cross-organization coordination.
• Ensure continuous improvement of governance processes and data products.
