Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security, Information Systems, Information Assurance, Computer Science or related field.
• 6 years of relevant experience substitution for a Bachelor's Degree.
• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field (preferred).
• 7-10 years in Information Security/Information Risk Management/IT.
• Experience communicating Information Security concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Enterprise Data Protection program across data security, DLP, data classification, encryption, and related capabilities.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team including analysts, product owners, architects, and engineering resources.
• Translate complex technical concepts into business risk and executive-level decisions.
• Partner with security, cloud, infrastructure, privacy, legal, and business teams to protect sensitive information while enabling objectives.
• Oversee program maturity, technology strategy, and execution across the data protection portfolio.
• Hire, coach, and develop staff; manage budgets and resources.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
