Job summary

enGen seeks a seasoned leader to serve as the technical and strategic head of the Enterprise Data Protection program. You will direct data security architecture, DLP, encryption, and classification across the organization, translating technical risk into business decisions.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team of analysts, owners, and engineers, shaping the vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for enterprise data protection services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Information Systems, Information Assurance, Computer Science or related field
• 6 years of relevant experience substitution for a Bachelor's Degree
• 7 - 10 years in Information Security and/or Information Risk Management and/or Information Technology
• 1 - 3 years in mentoring others in a leadership role
• 1 - 3 years in Staff Management
• 1 - 3 years in developing and executing strategic plans to realize business objectives
• Experience implementing and managing data security technologies including Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Data Security Posture Management (DSPM), data classification, encryption, key management, digital rights management, file activity monitoring, and insider risk solutions

Responsibilities

• Provide direction across data security, DLP, data classification, and activity monitoring
• Lead a multidisciplinary team and establish vision, roadmap, and strategy for enterprise data protection
• Partner with security, cloud, infrastructure, and legal teams to protect sensitive information while enabling business objectives
• Ensure program maturity, technology strategy, and operational execution across the portfolio
• Communicate with executives and stakeholders about risks, priorities, and security metrics
