Job summary

enGen is seeking a senior leader to drive the Enterprise Data Protection program. You will guide data security architecture, DLP, classification, and activity monitoring, translating technical concepts into business risk and strategic priorities.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team and partner with security, cloud, privacy, legal, and business units to protect sensitive information while enabling organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security or related field; substitution: 6 years of related experience for a degree
• 10+ years in Information Security or Information Risk Management
• Experience leading security architecture, engineering, and operations teams
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business risk and executive decisions

Responsibilities

• Lead data protection program strategy, roadmap, and execution
• Oversee data security, DLP, data classification, and encryption programs
• Partner with security, cloud, privacy, legal, and business teams to protect sensitive data
• Manage cross-disciplinary teams and ensure program maturity and budget adherence
• Communicate security strategies and metrics to executives and stakeholders
