Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Platforms for Integrated Compliant Content (EPIC) to lead a cross-functional program integrating content governance and regulatory alignment. You will drive scalable solutions, strengthen controls, and translate complex regulatory requirements into effective business processes.

You will collaborate across business, compliance, legal, marketing, and technology to deliver platform roadmap, reporting, and governance improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in Business Strategy, Program Management, Product Management, Operations, Compliance, Content Governance, or related field.
• Experience leading and enhancing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across business, compliance, legal, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop CWTP strategy and platform aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Define future-state vision and measurable outcomes for content management.
• Create materials to communicate priorities and enable leadership alignment.
• Lead cross-functional enterprise program with governance and risk oversight.
• Establish operating routines to surface risks and track progress.
• Collaborate with product and technology to evaluate platform solutions and roadmaps.
