The role focuses on cross-functional collaboration across Compliance, Legal, and Corporate Risk Management, developing forward-looking indicators and ensuring high-quality reporting to management and the Board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial, risk, or compliance reporting.
• Experience developing or supporting enterprise standards, processes, and metrics.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable reporting for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing executive-level compliance risk reporting for the CCO and risk committees.
• Maintain and enhance enterprise reporting frameworks, standards, and metrics.
• Partner with second-line risk teams to obtain timely inputs and provide constructive feedback.
• Build partnerships across Compliance, Legal, Corporate Risk Management, and internal teams.
• Assess impact of compliance risk across business lines and jurisdictions.
• Support operation of key risk committees and reporting to management and the Board.
• Act as ambassador for CORE and develop forward-looking indicators through data analysis.
• Develop visualization and calibration to strengthen governance and program effectiveness.
