Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior Manager for EPIC to lead cross-functional programs spanning product, compliance, legal, and technology. You will drive CWTP strategy, manage a scalable content governance platform, and translate regulatory requirements into actionable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Business Strategy, Program Management, Product Management, Operations, Compliance, Content Governance, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading and enhancing complex operational, platform, or process-driven initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to build partnerships across business, compliance, legal, and technology organizations.
• Demonstrated experience managing governance, controls, audit readiness, or compliance-related activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate business processes, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience balancing multiple priorities and executing effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
