Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE) seeks a seasoned Enterprise Collaboration professional in Atlanta to oversee data-driven, multi-platform voice, video, contact center, and collaboration services across on‑prem and cloud environments.

You will own service delivery, manage complex escalations, and lead projects from design through deployment while mentoring Analysts and Engineers. A strong background in CUCM, Unity Connection, Cisco voice gateways, and Teams Phone is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise collaboration environments (Cisco UC, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Zoom).
• People management experience and demonstrated leadership skills.
• Expert knowledge of CUCM, Unity Connection, and Cisco voice gateways/SBCs.

Responsibilities

• Own Tier 1–3 operating model and service delivery for enterprise voice and collaboration platforms.
• Lead escalations, incidents, and service restoration coordination across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Plan, test, and oversee upgrades, migrations, and deployments; manage resources and on-call coverage.
