Job summary

Insitu, a Boeing subsidiary in the United States, seeks an experienced Manager of Enterprise and Business Systems to lead a team maintaining core business platforms and internal tools. The role ensures reliable, secure operations aligned with corporate goals and fosters collaboration across Finance, HR, Operations, and Sales.

The position supports a hybrid work model with on-site presence preferred 3 days per week to maximize collaboration and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years of relevant IT/business systems experience.
• Experience leading teams supporting enterprise applications and business systems.
• Strong knowledge of Finance, HR, Operations, and Sales processes.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/HRIS and BI/reporting tools.
• Strong PM skills with multiple priorities, deadlines, and results.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Advanced problem-solving with focus on process improvement.
• Familiarity with integration, security, change management, and compliance.
• Vendor management and contract negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams maintaining enterprise applications and internal systems.
• Oversee analysis, implementation, and integration of enterprise solutions.
• Manage software development for custom internal tools.
• Develop operational plans for system management and upgrades.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Set objectives for analysts and developers for accountability.
• Monitor issues, coordinate resolutions, and drive process improvements.
• Establish and track KPIs for teams and systems.
• Ensure documentation, governance and compliance across systems.
• Oversee vendor relationships, procurement, and performance management.
• Coordinate with IT leadership on technology planning and budgeting.
