Job summary

Insitu, a Boeing subsidiary in the U.S. Pacific Northwest, is seeking a Product Manager to shape our UAV product line. You will collaborate with senior leaders, engineers and strategy teams to deliver customer value grounded in market trends and mission needs.

You’ll develop roadmaps, monitor performance, manage lifecycle, and ensure integration of capabilities across programs. Hybrid on-site schedule, with international travel up to 20% and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Technical bachelor’s degree with 14+ years of related work experience or a master’s degree with 12+ years of related work experience.
• Proven ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive actionable business decisions.
• Experience leading and building high-performing teams through effective influence and communication.
• Strong business and financial acumen with demonstrated ability to develop strategies based on economic and industry analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across diverse audiences.
• Solid decision-making skills with the ability to evaluate options and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps and requirements for integrated capabilities.
• Monitor competitive intelligence and market trends to inform strategy.
• Coordinate with senior leaders, engineering, and strategy teams to align development with business objectives.
