Job summary

Paradromics is seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager of Financial Systems to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise platforms in Austin, TX. You will oversee ERP, QMS, MRP, HRIS and related systems across finance, operations, quality, and supply chain.

In this role you will partner with executives to align the systems roadmap with growth plans, drive process automation, ensure data integrity and regulatory readiness, and manage a team including outsourced resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in business systems, enterprise applications, or IT leadership roles.
• Proven leadership in implementing and managing ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or comparable platforms.
• Strong understanding of business processes across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and operations.
• Experience with system integrations, data management, and process automation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, data governance, and system security best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, implementation, and ongoing management of core business systems (e.g., ERP, QMS, MRP, HRIS), in coordination with various stakeholders.
• Oversee system integrations and data architecture across platforms to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Partner with executive leadership to align systems roadmap with business goals and growth plans.
• Drive process optimization and automation across finance, manufacturing, quality, and commercial operations.
• Establish governance, change management, and system documentation best practices.
• Develop and maintain reporting and analytics capabilities to support decision-making.
• Oversee system security, user access controls, and data integrity in partnership with IT and cybersecurity teams.
• Proactively maintain system validation and documentation to ensure readiness for audits and regulatory inspections.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards (e.g., GAAP, FDA, ISO 13485).
• Build and lead a high-performing business systems and applications team, including oversight of outsourced resources.
• Manage relationships with system vendors, consultants, and third-party providers.
