Job summary

Paradromics in Austin, TX is seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager of Financial Systems to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise systems that support our fast-growing organization. You will oversee ERP, QMS, MRP, and HRIS, ensuring systems are scalable, compliant, and aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, finance, accounting or related field.
• 10+ years in business systems, enterprise applications, or IT leadership.
• Proven ERP implementation experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong understanding of finance, supply chain and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with integrations, data management, and automation.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, implementation, and ongoing management of core business systems (ERP, QMS, MRP, HRIS).
• Oversee system integrations and data architecture for accuracy and efficiency.
• Partner with executives to align systems roadmap with growth plans.
• Drive process optimization and automation across finance, manufacturing, quality, and commercial ops.
• Establish governance, change management, and system documentation best practices.
• Develop and maintain reporting and analytics capabilities for decision-making.
• Oversee system security, user access controls, and data integrity with IT/cybersecurity.
• Maintain system validation and documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, FDA, ISO 13485 where applicable.
• Build and lead a high-performing business systems team and manage outsourced resources.
• Manage relationships with system vendors, consultants, and third-party providers.
